The Model Runs job is frozen at 'running'

Hi, I am using the BLOD model on my Lidar Fusion dataset. The model is now frozen at the status of 'running' and the progress stopped at '100%'.
I have nothing to do but deleting the job which also would delete the output. But after trying the second time, it is still the same issue.
Please provide some support.
